CORE trends offers comprehensive Service Maintenance to all customers for an exhaustive range of equipment supplied by us. The scope of service and maintenance activities is wide and covers all vital aspects. There are three main categories:

  • Complete on-site training for end users including preliminary trouble shooting guidance;
  • Full technical and application support;
  • Warranty support and maintenance contract.

 

Timely upgrade

We understand that as a customer you want your system to be functioning optimally all the time and from time to time you might want to make changes.  We also believe that we are here to guide our clients with the latest possible technology options and that you want to be at the forefront of that technology. Because of the needs we have created a maintenance plan whereby we come in and do a system health test, check all remotes, interfaces and functions, replace all necessary equipment including batteries and projector bulbs. You can take advantage of our Trad-In program.

This will ensure we prevent system downtime and can make recommendation of new products and improvements available.  We will also re-calibrate your Home Cinema, all to give you the best possible performance all the time.
