Seattle, WA – September 1st, 2014 – AudioControl will be adding an exciting new addition to its Rialto family of high-performance zone amplifiers/DACs. The new Rialto 600 exploits AudioControl’s renowned expertise in developing high performance amplifiers, and matches this with enhanced pre-amplifier controls and bass management capabilities. The launch of the Rialto 600 fills a gap in the market for a high performing, amplifier/DAC that can work as a solution in additional zones, enhance television speaker set-ups including sound bars, improve the audio performance of multi-room digital streaming audio systems like SONOS, power speaker set ups of all types and configurations including low impedance speakers, upgrade and dramatically improve gaming and other demanding audio system requirements.

The Rialto 600 features switchable digital and analog audio inputs combined with variable volume control circuitry that can be controlled via discrete IR or discrete RS232 commands. The Rialto 600 delivers 2 x 100 watts of power at 8 Ohms, 200 watts at 4 Ohms and can also act as a 400 watt mono-block as well as operating stable down to 3.6 Ohms. It benefits from the inclusion of a high-performance Wolfson DAC creating a high performance Amplifier/DAC in one compact chassis. The Rialto 600 is equipped with a number of bass management features including AccuBASS™ equalization, selectable high-pass and low-pass crossovers plus bridging functionality for maximum bass performance. Source selection, volume functions, and AccuBASS™ can be controlled via remote control or automation commands.

The Rialto 600 is available in Sierra white or Midnight black and is designed, engineered and manufactured in the rainforest of the Northwest somewhere North of Seattle! The Rialto 600 also comes with AudioControl’s standard 5-year warranty.
